Why do form icons revert to generic after a publish?

I had given up on this but now I really need it to work.

Thumbnail starts off generic

I change it

Then publish and it goes right back and sticks a refresh icon on it

How can I get the image to change and stick?

After published, did you re-download the survey in Connect again?

You need to re-download the survey after published to see the thumbnail you edited.

I do not want to redownload it that causes issues at times with fields.  Why do they not just stay in sync?

Hi Doug,

When you update the thumbnail, it actually copies the image over to your survey designs folder physically and write the parameter in the iteminfo file. Those updates will require a re-download to reflect the change of thumbnail.
