In mobile app survey works fine bun in the web app when sending the application gives the error mentioned above.

it would be helpful to have the XLS file to replicate. There is most likely a small problem with on of the questions that the web app is more strict about enforcing than the mobile app.

Actually we use Survey123 for registration form so is a quite big. Meanwhile I will check question one by one.

JTedrick-esristaff it seems that I have found the cause. Groups with only attachment questions are not supported.
But I still do not have a solution.
I attached just the fragment where I found the error.
We've been able to replicate the issue and will address it in a future release.
