When will the annotate a default image in the web browser be fixed? The default image for an annotate question won’t load currently and I’m losing a lot of traffic due to people having to download the app to access the survey. Thanks!

No, there has not been any progress on this issue, currently the default image for annotate appearance on image question is only supported in the field app. Will be sure to update you once it is available.
