Way to add Survey123 Photos in Repeat to Survey Table

My Survey has photos with comments in Repeats. The Surveying is complete and now I'm looking for a way to add the images and comments in with the points from the survey in ArcPro to ultimately create a Dashboard. 

I've tried joining the tables but that creates multiples of the Survey data points, which I don't want.

I've also tried GeoTagged Photos to Points and then doing a spatial join, but that creates the same problem.

Is what I'm trying to do possible or are there any work arounds?

Few options:

1. The new Map Viewer's popup function can show attachments. It will show photos contained within repeats. I don't believe it shows other associated content though (e.g., text for that repeat item). This is my go-to option right now.

2. Kind of related to Option #1 and may be helpful: Show images in pop-ups

3. Within Experience Builder, I believe you can use the List widget to show those items. I was exploring that for a specific project, but I went a different route.
