Utilising data from a custom map as part of the survey

Hi, I am creating a survey of campsites using Survey123 and would like to be able to get the name of each campsite the survey is taking place at. I have a custom map that has the campsite names and data on it which I have used but it only comes up with the lat/long, It would be great if it could identify the campsite name as part of the survey. Any suggestions, Thanks

You can transfer data (campsite name) from orgin point on fieldmap into a survey 123 form attribute.
