User can't see shared survey in website (Enterprise)

Hello,

I have a survey that was built in 123 Connect on top of a pre-existing web service. The survey is shared with a group via the Collaborate tab in the Survey123 website (the one you get to from the app menu in Portal). However, members of that group cannot view the survey results. The settings seem to all be correct (user is definitely a member of the group, the sharing options are set to that group, the user can view the survey itself in web browser). Most of the other posts similar to this are hosted surveys in AGOL. Does anyone have any insight into sharing issues with referenced data on Enterprise?

We experience the same behavior in our ArcGIS Enterprise Environment with surveys built with referenced featureservices from SDE. Our current workaround is that the survey owner shares the data/results page link via Email and a SharePoint List but it's definitely frustrating and not logical for all.
