We have built a public Survey123 survey and are using a webmap within the survey. The webmap contains a single polygon feature service that is hosted through AGOL and is shared with Everyone (Public). Everything works as expected when a user is signed into their AGOL account. However, the main audience of this survey will not have an AGOL account.
Is there any documentation available to set up the survey and/or webmap that doesn't require an AGOL login? Is this even possible?
Have you logged out and tested it?

Yes, we have had multiple users both with and without AGOL accounts test that survey. The issue is we want to show the polygon feature service to everyone (this is not the point feature service that holds the survey results) but only those with AGOL accounts are able to view it when they are logged on. Otherwise, they cannot see the polygon feature service.
@WilliamBoswell I think the problem is that you may have not shared your web map and all of its layers publicly. Make sure your polygon layer is shared publicly. The scenario you describe should work well if all the right sharing is in place.
