Update to ArcGIS Survey123 Connect 3.17 Update Causes Submission Message "Error"

After upgrading to 3.17 and updating my forms, I now get this "thank you and successful submission message" when a form is submitted.

Any ideas how to fix this?

This is not expected. Please open a new Esri Tech Support ticket so the problem can be diagnosed.
