Unpublish-able Survey

Question

I am experiencing difficulties publishing a new free text field within a repeat.

When I try to publish it recognises the field I am trying to publish (below).

But it sits here spinning indefinitely.

I came across the below, where it may struggle to publish if the change is only within a repeat.

So I added 4 extra hidden/meta data questions. It sat there indefinitely but when I forced closed it, Survey123 recognise there was a new version but the question in the repeat was not there. When I republish its still found and tries to publish again.

Is this a bug, have I done something wrong?

The four hidden questions I added were not within a repeat.

Hi James,

Did you add the new questions to parent layer of the form?  The note you are referring to is regarding re-publishing when only repeats have new fields added to them.
