Unable to view tabular data in Survey123 and Apps

Hello all, 

I recently created a survey through Survey123 Connect (Version 3.21.62) for field collectors to submit data. The app works fine in the data collection stage, however none of the tabular data is visible in the 123 website or in the dashboard that I am creating to assess the data. Is this an issue that other users have experienced?  How did you overcome this? Thanks!

Check the setting on the Collaborate tab

The settings in the Collaborate tab are all set to be visible to everyone within the organization
