Hello, I'm experiencing issues with the Survey123 app. When I attempt to open a blank survey or use a template survey, the app displays an error message after the loading bar completes.

Hi. I wonder if there is something in your browser cache that is causing the problem.

Try with a different web browser and/or clear your browser cache.

If the problem persists, please connect with Esri Tech Support so an analyst can look at it. This looks very specific to your environment.
