Unable to upload files using Aurvey123 app on Windows 10 Pro PC

Hi,

The paperclip icon that appears in the Survey123 app when using the file question type does not appear when using the field app (version 3.9.148) on a Windows 10 Pro PC. This means that files cannot be uploaded.

The same survey when viewed on an Apple smartphone does show the paperclip icon, and file uploading works as expected.

Survey developed using Connect version 3.11.123.

I have attached a screen grab to illustrate the point.

Hi @GrantBenn1,

Support for the file question type was only added in version 3.10 of Survey123 Connect and the feild app. Please ensure you update your devices to the latest version. If you are using 3.9 or earlier, the file question type will not work.
