Unable to share results properly

I'm running into an issue with ArcGIS Survey123 where I can't share my survey results, even though:

All share settings are enabled
The recipient is a member of my organization
No filters are applied

When I click the shared link, I only get the two oldest results, but if I go directly into the survey from my account, I can see all responses.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what might be causing this?

In picture 1 it's my issue, 2 is what it should look like, and 3 is my share settings

Hiya,

Does your survey have a _results layer?

I have had something similar before and we had to remove the _results layer and reshare the survey using the method you have outlined above.

It might be worth checking the settings of the feature service that the survey uses, there might be a conflict with the sharing capabilities.

Personally, I've never had luck sharing results via the S123 website, and so I avoid using it now. I go to the layer in Portal, and create a View Layer there to share specific results. I've found it works considerably better, at least in my environment.
