One of my survey's won't load its Data tab for me to upload report templates. From similar questions on this forum, it may be a corrupted data issues, but I'm unsure how to troubleshoot. I tried downloading a copy of the data and appending it to a new service freshly created in Survey123 Connect from the same form, but that had the same issue. I'm worried it's part of the survey itself that's causing the problems.
I've attached my XLSX form and a zipped shapefile of the data that I'm unable to open in Survey123.
I welcome any suggestions that might help me figure out how to correct the issue so I can produce reports off my form submissions.
