Unable to create new survey on Survey123 Connect

I am unable to create new surveys on Connect (v3.20.63), I already checked and my role is still Publisher. Whenever I try to create a new survey with a standard or advanced template. I get the mesege "Donwload Error 403 Forbidden"

I have no idea of what could be the issue.

Hello @DANIELCOLVARA_NUNES

If your organization uses ArcGIS Enterprise that is configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) try closing Connect and reopening the application then try again. You'll likely need to log into your Portal and delete any folder in your content that Survey123 may have created. 

If that doesn't work to verify is your organization using ArcGIS Enterprise with IWA authentication?

I already tried to close and reopen the application, and I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the application, none of these options worked. As for the folders, I deleted folder on the Portal of surveys without any data, but I already have several surveys being used right now, that I don't think I can delete.

Also, my organization doesn't use ArcGIS Enterprise with IWA authentication.

Hello  @ZacharySutherby 

I still am unable to make new surveys on my organization computer. However on my personal computer I was able to set MS Edge as my default browser, which seems to have solved the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas about what could be the issue, so we could solve this problem?
