Unable to create a new survey. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')

Hello,

I have the professional basic license, I am trying to create a survey but I am getting an error code, 

"Unable to create a new survey. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')."

 

I have checked multiple times throughout the day but I am still getting the error message.

I am also getting this error when trying to create a new survey.
