Unable to add feature service definition Error code 400

Question

I am unable to publish a survey with a geopoint within a repeat.

It was an existing survey that I had previously published without the geopoint type, but now added the geopoint type to it.  I have deleted the entire survey folder from my content in arcgis online and also deleted the iteminfo folder.  Anything else I may need to delete?  Maybe it is something simple I am missing. I really don't want to re-create/re-do the survey.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Elizabeth,

It appears the issue is that the repeat table has the same name as the primary table (determined from your survey name) - Streetlight Patrol.  Renaming the repeat appears to resolve the issue.
