Trying to Use the Date from a dateTime Question and then Combine with the Time from a Time Question to populate a different dateTime question

I want to grab the date from a dateTime question earlier in the survey

and combine with a Time question I have later in the survey, to give me a new dateTime answer that will be stored in the hosted feature service.

I am using Survey123 Connect to create the survey. My data is stored in ArcGIS Online.
