Surveys no longer download via URL

In my instructions to field users, I typically tell them to get new surveys by clicking on a URL in Collector that passes information through to the survey. This still works if they have the survey downloaded. However, if they do not already have the survey downloaded it gets stuck in Survey 123 with a download spinning weel and will not download even after a few minutes. This is new behavior in the last month or two. 

Any ideas?

I updated the version on two tablets just now and it did fix the issue.

Hello Melissa,

Thank you for reporting this! It seems like you were experiencing the same issue described in this thread --

Why will surveys not download in Survey123 when launched from Collector? 

According to Philip Wilson‌, an update (version 3.5.177) was released last evening to address the issue. Could you upgrade to that version and help check if the issue persists?
