Surveys created on Survey123 Connect aren't showing/aren't available for download on Survey123 online (browser) or the Survey123 app

Hi,

I have created and published a few surveys on Survey123 Connect. Unfortunately, when I go to download them on the Survey123 app on my tablet, they're not there, and they also don't show on Survey123 online.

I've tried to search for community posts that have the same issue but can't find anything specific, only for surveys that have already downloaded.

Any ideas as to what's going on?

Are you using the same account on both? Sometimes I sign into my Enterprise and not AGOL.
