Hi ESRI Community!

I was wondering if there was a way to see which users have survey123 submissions sitting in their outboxes? I do have admin permissions if necessary. We have users who are not very apt with the application and don't complete their submissions properly, and would like to pinpoint them.

Any assistance on this would be appreciated!

I'm virtually certain Outbox surveys only exist on the device and there's no trace on any server, a side-effect of the offline first design ESRI picked for the field app. If you have form elements that don't work offline (such as a search query for live choice updates) you might be able to correlate service hits with field activity to get rough ideas of what hasn't been submitted but this is incredibly vague at best. I've run into this with my own projects and the only solution here is to tie crew performance to finalized submissions.

Can you summarize your data by "creator" to find those that may have trouble submitting.  It won't be exact but it should give you some indication of who has low submission rate.

I have the same issues with field users and would love a work around. They've been asked to submit surveys daily, but some let their surveys sit for several days. Those show up with a different collection date (since that field is auto-populated and not editable), thus those auto-reports have differing dates. Thanks in advance!
