Survey123 website non-responsive after update

Been getting this a lot lately:

Even on smaller datasets, things seem to be dragging their heels. I assume that this is related to the recent updates (I love that line items only take up one line now!).

I have a fibre connection and a PC that should be fast enough to handle these requests.

Anyone else experience this after the update?

This is a known issue at this time and is logged as INC-000472. Please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to be attached to the incident in order to track progress. 

We are actively investigating the issue but do not have an estimated timeline at this time.
