Hi, when submitting a Survey123 response in a web browser, and a webhook is configured, I've noticed that the payload will reach the destination if it's on the same network. Even if that destination is hosted on a local machine in a private network, for example. So Survey123 webhooks seem to submit through the web browser, unlike ArcGIS Online webhooks. It's like a client-side webhook vs a server-side webhook (not sure if Esri has a name to describe this).
Has it always been like this? If not, when did this change occur?
Does Esri have any documentation that explains the differences between Survey123 and ArcGIS Online webhooks from a submission and networking perspective?
Not sure if @JamesTedrick may know?
Thanks
