Survey123: Web Browser "Failed to submit. Hide details - Object is Missing."
Hello,
Please see screenshot. There is an error/fail. It is Survey123 Web Browser from AGOL. It is happen only when to submit with an attachment. Please assist on this matter as soon as possible. Thanks

Hi There.
The similar situation occur me, but in the mobile environment, for IOS and Android system. Show the message with "Failed to submit. Hide details - Object is Missing.". Really this phenome is strange because appear this error but the survey is uploaded to database and storage the register correctly. Then, to "edit" the survey, (as the system suggest), without edit nothing, apparently upload correct the survey without errors.

Regarding the database, is behavior has:
the system duplicates the data, the supposedly failed survey is sent and after editing, the system sends it again ...
The versions for survey123 is Connect: 3.11.123 and the survey on android is: 3.11.164
