Hi,

I have a Survey123 report which has been being used over the past year without any issues by a few users. However today one of the users has been in touch to say when they select a record in the table its not showing that the records selected in the report panel, meaning they can't generate the report. (see attached screenshot)

On trying to replicate the issue, I can run the report fine.

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue for my user? They have already tried re-loading Survey123, but this didn't resolve the issue.

Many thanks,

Katie

This is a long shot, but if you're able to run the report fine, maybe it's something unique to their machine/browser. One of my first browser troubleshooting tips is to clear the browser cache, that seems to clear up a lot of things (or try a different browser). Worth a shot!

Best,
Katherine

Is it a permissions/account type issue? Not all user roles can generate reports (at least in my org).

I don't think so, as the same user has been able to run the reports before without any issue. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Many thanks for this suggestion. The user was trying to run the reports in Edge. When they tried in Chrome it then worked fine (!). Really appreciate your help.
