Survey123 Repeat count and field Sum issue

Hello,

I've two issues for the attached survey appeared in the web form :

1- I set a repeat count value for "additional_location" Repeat with a field value but the plus sign (+) appeared in the web form as attached image.

2- I tried to put a constraint for the "actual_trees_number" Field to be equal the value of "tree_sum" Field which equal the sum of "Planted_number" Field in the repeat, unfortunately the value of the sum don't appear in the web form also.

Any solution?
