Survey123 or Collector to track USA tickets

Any input on which would be better to use, Survey123 or Collector to track USA tickets? It's more for info gathering about USA ticket markings rather then assigning to a field staff so Workforce wouldn't work. (there's only two of us and we assign the tickets ourselves)

There are many similarities and some differences. If you have more form-like attributes that you fill out per ticket, then Survey123 is likely your best bet.
