Survey123 not working anymore after enabling Inbox/configuring Field Maps

We have a survey used to collect data. We then enabled the Inbox function for updating the data initially collected. But after enabling the Inbox, users would encounter error message and they cannot send their updates.

Because we cannot resolve this issue, we republished the Survey123 data and created another survey form. Everything was working fine again. 

Then we decided to explore Field Maps as another option. We configured the Survey123 web map to be used in Field Maps. When we tried editing in Field Maps, it works just fine. But when we went back to Survey123, it was not working anymore like the first time.

What might be causing this issue?
