Hi everyone!
I'm having an issue selecting a provider on my tablet app S123 v. 3.15.159. It just sits there searching until it turns discover mode off after 1 min. This is my first time trying to connect a survey to an external GNSS device. I already read https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/direct-gnss-external-receiver-support-in-survey1.... But that was of little use to me.
I used S123 connect v. 3.15.175 to develop my electrical pole survey. So, I'm not sure if the versions not matching have anything to do with it.
This is a borrowed tablet from the vendor. He said that it was his first time working with S123 and usually has no problem when connecting ZenoFLX100 with Field Maps.
The vendor is looking into it and ESRI as well. Yet, I thought I should tap into this community to see if someone else had any ideas of what it could be.

I found out Survey123 doesn't support Zeno FLX100.
