Survey123 no questions are visible???

Hello,

Please see the screenshot below. I am using survey123 connect latest version and survey123 web for analyze and data report. How can I turn it on to view for analyze? It is not clear. Please advise. Thank you for your time and support!

I ran into this recently.

In the xlsx form, my survey began with a group (begin group) question type and included Null in the bind::esri:fieldType column.  Removed the Null and republished. All the questions now display in the Analyze tab.
