Survey123 - Media for "select_multiple" question displays differently between Connect preview and published survey

Hello-

Wondering if anyone has any tips for me. I am using Connect and I have added media to a question type 'select_multiple' question. In the Connect preview the media appears to the left of the selection option.

When published, image is placed below the text:

Is there any way to force the published survey form to display the media to the left of the selection?
