I am working on creating a public survey within Survey123 to turn our paper 'Waterline Locate Request' form digital.
I have chosen to include a map for users to draw a polygon within our map of the excavation location. I would like our 'private/internal' map with waterlines to be displayed within my configured report to eliminate manually having to create a map of the excavation location to send yo our field locators.
Waterline data must be kept private and not shared with the public. Therefore, I have created a new webmap that includes our public base layers-such as roads, addresses and quarter sections for users to reference during a survey submission. The web map also include our municipal waterlines data which is intended to only be shared within my organization.
I have done some testing with the published survey but continue to get a warning to 'Please sign in to access the item'.
My survey and hosted layers corresponding to the survey are all shared publicly.
Can anyone assist if what i am trying to do is possible?
