Even when I try to download a public survey such as the ECAAS field mapper (https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/3775f6401eea4c0fbe7a961e57695aeb), the download hangs forever. I was hoping that ESRI could let me know what the IP range is that it's trying to reach so that I can troubleshoot on the backend. I am on iOS and have the latest update for Survey123.
I tested the download from Windows quickly and it seems to work on my side.
Are you doing it from your phone? Perhaps do a quick test over your company WiFi from your laptop and see if it works...
