Hi fellow Survey123 users
I have a significant issue on my laptop - My Survey123 Windows client refuses to see my internet access:
I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no resolution to the problem. When I install it on a different computer it works fine.
I am also unable to get to the Settings for some reason - the whole landing page is just the logo and the error message.
The strangest part of this is that the Survey123 Connect application works perfectly with no issues.
Hope someone has stumbled across this and have an answer for me.

We are seeing some instances where the network detection in the application is not succeeding. First, can you try connecting when on a different network (home, mobile hotspot)?

So when I went home last night Survey123 for Windows was able to connect properly without any issues... but this morning back at work I have the same issue again.
tedrick On a mobile hotspot at work all seems fine again... so it has to be some network issue. But Fiddler doesnt show any errors at all
