Survey123- External Select and a Text field.

Can we configure a text field with External select sheet in such a manner that based on the value we provide in the text field, it will filter the list of choices from External select choice sheet. This is similar to Cascading but instead of using Select question we are using Text field with External select sheet.

Hi Jyoti,

Yes, the choice_filter expression can use the value of a text (or any other) question.  There is a limitation in teh complexity of the filter statement - it will work best with direct match checking.
