Survey123- Dynamic Choice Lists- Issue with AGOL Hosted Tables

Hello S123 Team, 

It appears there's a bug/issue with adding Dynamic Choice Lists from AGOL Hosted Tables when the table is standalone in the service (without a point feature layer)

When adding a layer for the Dynamic Choice Lists it says it accepts "Feature Layer or table" but when adding a service with a standalone table in it the results are empty:
