Survey123 - Download sample template error

I created a grid-theme survey with Survey123 Connect version 3.6 and am trying to create a feature report. I had been using an older version of Survey123 Connect and have had success creating feature reports in the past. Unfortunately, I wanted to try the grid-theme and the old version didn't work anymore.

Currently using portal and when I go to download the sample template, I receive an error: "Item specified by surveyitemid does not exist or is not accessible". I went through and created my own template, but receive the same error when generating the report.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I've been having this same issue with Enterprise/Portal 10.6.1 and Survey123 feature reports - both on the site and through Integromat.

I tried Scott's workaround above and it seems to be working. I can create feature reports in my enterprise environment through the Survey123 website, as well as have feature reports emailed through Integromat.
