Survey123 Connect | note type | image | jpg --- won't show in the browser, what am I doing wrong?

This is the first time I've needed to use the browser, and I'm sure there is something I need to do, but I don't know where to start. I've checked the community, but when I include the word "image," I get too many results. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

What's the file extension for the image you are using?

I bet the name of the file does not match perfectly. Just make sure the name of the file in the media::image column is exactly the same as the file you copied in the survey's media folder
