Survey123 Connect can't save XLS form

Hi Folks, I just installed survey123 connect 3.15.175. When I try to create new survey from template, sample or community, survey123 connect indicates there is no form available. I have to import the standard template download from ArcGIS Online. Also, if I make any changes (example, just add new list) to the xls form and save, survey123 shows error 6, SSL handshake error. 

As we did not add any entrepise portal, we assume either the network connection is not opened or we did not install ArcGIS Online SSL certificate. 

Just would like to know if there is any solution

If you are using ArcGIS Online I would suggest checking with your IT to confirm the domains from this document are accessible in your environment.
