Survey123 connect and arcgis online connectivity

When updating a Survey123 Connect form, the contents of the choices list do not update the hosted feature layer.

This was added recently, is your Connect up to date?  But it will only add new ones it will not take old ones away so you can get dups.  This is to protect data which may already be in there.  I do not love it but that is how it is set up.  Have to go into AGOL Data tab of the service to fix them.
