Survey123 Buttons (touchy screen)

Question

I am wondering if anyone else has issues (with Survey123) when trying to select a dropdown arrow or select an option checkbox that the buttons don't always respond and seem very touchy. We just started using Survey123 and several people have said to me they find it to be very touchy and are getting frustrated when trying to select an option.  I am wondering if the size of buttons could be increased or if there are any other recommendations.

Hi Mike

I have experienced similar issues using some older ipads and iphone 5s. Although its not a "fix" as such, I managed to get hold of some ball point pens that had a soft rubber end that can be used as a stylus.  This seems to work quite well as a workaround solution.

We are using Samsung Galaxy S8 and Blackberry Priv (Android Version 6.0.1--Not sure if that makes a difference or not) I find you have to hit the drop down arrow a few times before you seem to hit the arrow exactly at the right spot.
