Survey123 - Automatic Sequence ID calculation

Good day, ESRI Community

We have various concessions e.g.: A,B,C etc...

Each of these concessions have a set of sequence numbers starting at number 1.

The sequence number is based on the number of samples taken.

We would like a formula that looks at the existing feature service.

Firstly the concession name, and then the last sequence number of the concession, and then add 1 to the last sequence number.

Currently its a select from an external csv, which is incorrect.

You can use count() or position() but neither are perfect.  If they go back in a repeat and delete a value it gets all messed up.
