Hi, I work with ArcGIS Enterprise and since Tuesday this error "ArcGIS RequestError: HTTP 504: UNKNOWN_ERROR" has been presented when trying to generate PDF reports both manually and through MAKE automations.

Last year the same problem occurred and ESRI Support installed the patches on the servers and rebooted. I have done the same, but this time it didn't work.

We had last year an issue with modem - it was half dead. And we got same error. Try another internet provider if you have that option.
