Hi, the current version in PlayStore will install but wont run on most recent devices. users in the play store report the same bug. It runs well on old devices...

Please try to download the Android ARMv8 (64bit) from Survey123 for ArcGIS Resources | Downloads, Training, Videos & Documentation 

You should be able to download and run it.

Hi Rene,

Sorry for the confusuion. Could you try the Android x86 (32bit) instead to see if that will run on your toughbook?

Yes, the tablet is running android 6.0.1. We only install Survey123 on each tablet, so memory wise we are fine (2Go out of 23 Go). Its only since August of this year that we are having this problem. After installation, we get error message saying the app stopped working. I just checked one of the tablets (also Panasonic Toughpad, also running on android 6,0,1) i had setup some months ago and Survey123 is running fine.
