Survey submitted via Mobile App will not trigger a Make (Integromat) Scenario whereas the Web Form always does it.

Hello,

Does anybody have a clue?

If I submit a survey via web form I always get my Scenario to start, but the mobile app won't.

has this happened to anybody, do you have an explanation?

I really cannot figure it out. 😕

Thanks!

Hello @PanGIS

If you swipe down on the My Survey123 page in the field app is there an update available? After creating the webhook that points to the survey the survey will need to be updated in the field app in order to know what payload URL to submit to.

You can also try deleting the survey from the app and then redownload it.

Thank you,
Zach

@ZacharySutherby

it is true the issue is related with the webhook.

But in my case I had tried to update the survey on my mobile more than once, and still no results.

Anyway, since I was working in a cluttered environment, with dozens of webhooks, I decided to start on an new Make account (still testing phase) and everything works now.

thanks! 🙂
