Survey Submittal Issue

Hi I creates a survey and it looks good and all the questions are working properly.  The issue is when I submit.  The Getting Service Information just spins on the related table (repeat)  I can access the table so its there and running.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Hi Matt,

Thanks.  In looking at the log, the process fails in looking at the related tables - while you have the tables for your repeated sections, it looks like they are not explicitly related via a relationship class to the parent record?  Can you visit the REST URL of the feature layers and look at any relationship information?
