Within the Survey123 site the sharing (collaboration) options can be set to control who can see what. e.g. not everyone should see other's submissions, or be able to edit etc.
This seems to be reflected in the ArcGIS ONline AGOL feature service which the surveys are written too (which makes sense).
1. Are the settings applicable the same in either the 123 website or AGOL?
2. Is one recommended or no difference?
3. Different permissions generate the *_results layer. I'm keen to understand the rationale and what triggers this view layer creation.
