This is a long standing issue:
When I make updates on a survey123 form, the update is not detected when the form is opened via link.
I have an integration with Workforce and I have to communicate every time I update the form so that the users can first download the update and then use it with workforce.
I now find the same issue when I embed the link (of a different survey) in a dashboard using the below, the form opens showing the non up-to-date version, without prompting to download the update.
Is this by design?
