We have a Survey123 where we can't submit any forms. It works fine in the Survey123 app (iOS/Android). When the submit button is clicked, an error message appears at the top stating that it contains five errors. The survey was created using Survey123 Connect and published to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 as a hosted service.
What could be the problem?

After fixing these issues I published the form and was able to submit the form from a browser and from the field app but I filled only the required questions randomly as my Swedish is not so good 😉

We can't submit the form through a browser. Only the Survey123 app works. I tested by filling in only the required fields, but I still receive five errors.
I updated the XLS form and removed the note names, but the errors are still there.
I tested a bit more and was able to identify where the five errors are coming from. The second question, "Välj något att rapportera," has several alternatives that show different questions depending on the choice. The question "Specifik bekskrivning" is a single-choice list that we have set as required. There is one unique "Specifik beksrivning" for almost every choice in "Välj något att rapportera." Perhaps that is not possible? The form asks me to fill in required questions even though they are hidden.
