Survey 123 Webhook to Moderate Content?

Is there any way to use MS Flow to start an approval process that pushes a public facing survey response to a private feature service until the content has been approved? Trying to figure out how to screen crowd source images and text before posting to the public facing service. Possible? Thanks, cob

I was able to get the query to work in this workflow but I'm getting an interesting error from power automate when the last component (POST - Update Features) attempts to run. Any insights you may have on this would be appreciated.

No, we just had the recipient manually update the field. The http request is for the update service on the rest API for AGOL I think. I didn't know what James meant by the json and query parameters. Sorry couldn't be more help - cob
